For those who would like to know, here is a brief recap of 2014 and a sneak preview of what’s in store for my readers in 2015 and beyond.
2014 was a crazy but utterly fabulous year for me! Although I only released one new historical (Jewel of the East– Book #5 in my Devil DeVere series) I was blessed with two RONE Award nominations for my 2013 releases Treacherous Temptations and The Sheik Retold. Treacherous Temptations won the award for Best Historical Post Medieval Romance. I was also honored this year with an award- nomination for my very first contemporary romance, Slow Hand.
Slow Hand is the first of four books in my hot contemporary Western series. The next three books in the series (Rough Rider, Sharp Shooter and Silver Tongue) are all coming in 2015. (Click on titles for blurbs and excerpts.) In 2015 I will also be finishing three more contemporary romances, my Hotel Rodeo Series for Kensington, slated for release in 2016.
What else am I working on? I’m delighted you asked!
Have no fear that I have abandoned my beloved historicals! DeVere fans will be happy to learn that I am planning to indie publish a new installment to the Devil DeVere series. Ned’s Folly will be the third and final “prequel” novella but NOT the end of the series. I have much more in store for DeVere in 2016 and beyond.
Lastly, I will be working on several full length projects that are very near and dear to my heart. The Queen of King’s Place is one of these, a historical novel with strong romantic elements based on the life of one of the most notorious courtesans of Georgian England.
